A winner of Toyota’s President’s Cabinet Award, President’s Award and Board of Governors Award, Toyota of Orange is no stranger to recognition for its customer service.

“We strive to create a quality shopping experience for each of our customers and we will do everything we can to make sure you leave our dealership with a smile on your face,” according to its website.

This dealership has one of the largest Toyota inventories in the country. And in addition to its expansive selection of new cars, the dealership also offers a variety of pre-owned vehicles.

Every new Toyota purchased or leased at Toyota of Orange comes with a maintenance plan for two years or 25,000 miles, whichever comes first. The no-cost maintenance plan includes engine oil and filter change, tire rotation, multi-point inspection and fluid level inspection and adjustment. Twenty-four-hour roadside assistance is also included for two years and unlimited miles.

The service center’s technicians are factory-trained and have years of experience working with Toyota models — some have even been there since the service center first opened.

The Toyota of Orange website is extensive, and includes a blog featuring some of its upcoming models, as well as other useful Toyota-focused research.

“We try to build relationships with our customers so we can ensure their satisfaction and they can feel comfortable and confident in their search for a new vehicle.”

Orange Coast Subaru prides itself on providing customers with a comprehensive dealership experience that goes above and beyond expectations. It also follows the larger Subaru Love Promise — a commitment to show love and respect to customers and to work to make a positive impact in the world. This translates into several campaigns including: Subaru Loves Pets, Subaru Loves the Earth, Subaru Loves Learning, Subaru Loves to Help and Subaru Loves to Care.

In Orange County, that means partnerships with local charities and nonprofits including OC Animal Care, Orange County Rescue Mission, Pio Pico Elementary School, Orange County Beach Cleanup and Jack & Jill Guild (CHOC).

For example, the Orange County Rescue Mission supports the local community in helping those in need. Subaru Orange Coast donated 500 pairs of socks to help make people more comfortable during difficult times. Plus, Subaru Orange Coast’s partnership with Children’s Hospital of Orange County included a donation of $38,000 for use on their campus.

South County Lexus wants to become the leading Lexus dealership. According to its website, it strives toward that goal by offering a wide selection of new and pre-owned Lexus cars for sale as well as by providing a very customer-focused service and repair department.

The dealership’s commitment to customer satisfaction has helped guide it to become a 16-time winner of the Elite of Lexus Award, the DealerRater Dealer of the Year for three years in a row, and the DealerRater Customer Satisfaction Award for six years in a row.

The dealership also offers a unique boutique concept called Gina’s Boutique onsite, carrying an assortment of personal care and gift items, including Jack Black skincare line for men, Voluspa candles, Epicuren skincare and Puppies Make Me Happy clothing, with a portion of proceeds benefitting dog-related charities and shelters. So that while you’re waiting for service or sales, you can do a little shopping too.
