Newport Harbor water polo player Peter Castillo is the Southern California News Group’s High School Boys Athlete of the Week for Oct. 23-29 after he received 80.77% of the vote at the deadline Thursday.
Long Beach Poly’s Darius Curry (football) finished second with 7.69% of the vote.
